MMD Hair Glitch...Help?

Description

So I'm creating a model for a special project and I've run into some issues. The picture on the left is what the model is supposed to look like, the middle picture is the view in Transform view and the one on the right is MMD's view. The hair has no physics and no bones. Anyone care to help?
